Avoid costly start-up fees of going it alone.   No commitment to hours: You choose the engagements to meet your schedule.   The perfect balance: Keep intellectually active without the stress of a full-time position.     How this process works Once you become a member (for free!) and post your credentials to the BabyBoomerExecs secure database, potential customers will be able to search for you based on a variety of fields, such as skill sets, geographic location, and more.   When a potential customer is interested in learning more from you, they fill out an online Proposal Request.   You will receive an email from us requesting more information.  You can tell us if the project is right for you by scoping out the project, identifying the schedule, specifying the deliverables, and indicating your price.   BabyBoomerExecs will package your response in the form of a proposal back to the customer.   If the customer agrees with your proposal, they complete our contract form and schedule the job.   We'll notify you of the results of your proposal as soon as they are known.   You perform the work according to the schedule agreed upon. All invoices are processed through BabyBoomerExecs and you receive payment directly from BabyBoomerExecs.   As long as you’re in our database, you’re eligible to continue to receive inquires for work.
